Shipping Time

At Pearleasant, most of our items will be shipped from New York, US. However, some of our pearl necklace items may be directly shipped from Japan. 

For the orders shipped from New York, US

The average domestic US shipping time is 3-8 business days. 

The average Canada shipping time is 6-9 business days.

For the orders shipped from Japan

The average international shipping time from Japan to US and Canada is

FedEx/UPS/DHL 7-14 business days.

EMS 10-14 business days.




Order Processing

For the orders shipped from New York, US

Please allow up to 2-4 business days to process your order upon confirmation of payment.

For the orders shipped from Japan

Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your order upon confirmation of payment.

Please note, the above order processing time frames do not apply to customization or personalization orders. They will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

All items will go through a quality control inspection before shipping it to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. 

Please also note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.




Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. After your order has been shipped, a follow-up shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. If you encounter any issues with receiving this email, kindly check your spam folder first, or feel free to contact us. Please note that it may take 1-4 days for the tracking information to appear. If you encounter any problems with the tracking number or the delivery of your package, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly before contacting us.

Return and Refund

By placing an order at Pearleasant, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Pearleasant. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information on how to return your package.
