* CUSTOMER ORDER APPROVAL
The Client shall review and approve the product specifications and customization details stated above prior to production. Production will proceed based on the specifications and/or design approved by the Client. Prior to shipment, the finished product will be presented to the Client for review and confirmation via a one-on-one, high-resolution video or image.
* NATURAL PEARL DISCLAIMER
Pearls are natural gemstones. Minor variations in color, overtone, luster, shape, surface characteristics, and appearance are inherent to natural pearls and may occur between photographs/videos and the finished piece.
* CUSTOM DESIGN DISCLAIMER
The Client confirms that any designs, images, drawings, references, and other materials provided or requested for customization are lawfully obtained and do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Client is solely responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from Client-provided or Client-requested designs or materials. By placing the order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the foregoing terms.
